Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be in the original packaging (where possible).
  • You will need a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Items marked as β€œfinal sale”.
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons), if applicable.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@cazastory.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account or payment app again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@cazastory.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 2–5 days of delivery with photos or a video showing the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
