Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (excluding Alaska)
  • European Union countries

If your country within the EU is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USA: 3–10 business days
  • Europe (EU countries): 5–14 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local courier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • It may take 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders (especially to the EU) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our prices.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Incorrect Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
  • If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at support@cazastory.com.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking number shows β€œdelivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office/courier first.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@cazastory.com and we’ll help investigate the issue.
